This week children were challenged to build a castle (or rooms) out of Lego bricks. Children had two sessions to complete this challenge and had a lot of fun along the way!

Steal Like An Artist: Louis Wain
This week’s creative art history class children studied Louis Wain, a popular English artist most renowned for his personified cats and later works resembling a kaleidoscope!

Hiking: Neahwa Park – Mill Race Trail
Children met up at Neahwa Park for a light hike along the Mill Race Trail. We then got to enjoy a little time at the playground!

Lego Works Challenge 2
Children brainstorm solutions to challenges given. This week’s challenges included building a shelter to survive the desert, build a vehicle to survive in space, build a house & build something to capture a monster!

Littles & Ukuleles!
Children sat down with Miss Sarah and learned how to play notes and chords on a ukulele. A good time was had all around, especially with these two!
